About TDJ
The Durham Juris is a local law review providing legal commentary on cases in North Carolina’s appellate court system. We believe that local law is fundamentally underrepresented in legal analysis. Our mission is to highlight the importance of North Carolina’s judicial system and its application to both its Federal counterpart and our daily lives.
